Optima is a sealed zero maintenance battery that combines proven lead-acid electrochemistry with a new design. Optima’s unique design makes vibration caused failures virtually impossible. The Optima can be operated in any position without risk of leakage. Gas can’t build up inside and cause explosion, even when severely overcharged. The Optima recharges quickly due to low internal resistance. The 800S is 12 volt with 800 cranking amps. It is 7-13/16" tall, 9-15/16" long and 6-3/4" wide. Weighs 39lbs. We have ran these batteries 200 laps without an alternator.
