This style of sway bar is used in applications where under chassis bars interfere with steering or conventional coil springs. They are mounted on top of the frame rail 6" from the front of the spring. They bolt to the frame with two 3/8" bolts on each side with threaded inserts welded in the frame. The bar is attached to the lower control arms using right and left hand threaded rod end bearings and an aluminum sleeve. Add preload by lengthening the right or shortening the left.
