Our hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Most online orders are shipped the same day if ordered by 1:00 P.M. E.S.T.; Orders placed by phone ship the same day if placed by 3:00 P.M. E.S.T.; red and blue label by 3:30. Common freight (truck) orders ship within 3 working days.

Free Promotional Shipping: Must be in the contiguous U.S. shipped via ground shipping on a carrier of OUR choice. Free shipping does not apply to next day air, two day air, three day select, COD's, special orders, drop shipments or truck shipments. Oversized packages and items with additional handling charges (individual packaging, unboxed, ships separate, etc.) are not included in the free freight program. Packages over 50 lbs. or in value of $1000 or more do not qualify.
